Ta mission

Rattaché(e) à l’équipe de direction, tu participeras au développement de la communication 360° de Kmeo et seras amené(e) à :

📲   Animer nos réseaux sociaux via des publications fun, utiles et engageantes.

 ✏️ Planifier, créer et rédiger des contenus variés de qualité où tu pourras laisser libre court à ta créativité.

 💬  Interagir avec notre communauté et mettre en lumière nos membres.

 💡 Proposer tes brillantes idées pour développer notre visibilité.

 🤝   Entrer en contact avec des personnes inspirantes pour amener à de belles collaborations (interviews, masterclass, projets…).

 📈  Définir puis suivre des KPIs pour analyser les performances de nos contenus (croissance des communautés, engagement…).

Le candidat

🎓 Étudiant(e) en formation Bac+2 minimum en école de commerce ou de communication, avec une spécialisation en marketing / Communication / Social Media Management, tu souhaites intégrer une équipe jeune, dynamique, qui aime manger du chocolat et avoir une communication authentique qui reflète ses valeurs et son état d’esprit.

Disons-le clairement : les compétences techniques, ça s’acquiert avec la pratique et on sera là pour t’aider si besoin. Ne t’en fais pas si tu ne coches pas toutes les cases de la liste ci-dessous.

Ce que nous recherchons, c’est de travailler avant tout avec des personnes qui partagent nos valeurs : transparence, honnêteté, curiosité, bienveillance, écoute et humour.

🧰 Bon évidemment, nous ne t’en voudrons pas si en plus :

• Les codes des réseaux sociaux n’ont aucun secret pour toi.
• Tu as un bon relationnel et n’as pas peur d’engager la conversation.
• Tu as le sens de l’esthétique pour faire de belles publications avec des visuels qui claquent.
• Tu es consciencieux(se) et tu maitrises la langue de Jean-Claude Van Damme Molière et son orthographe.
• Tu es organisé(e) et sais tenir un planning.
• Tu as des connaissances en montage vidéo ou audio.
